MODEL IMPLEMENTASI DALAM MENCIPTAKAN WIRAUSAHA MUDA BERBASIS KULINER LOKAL BENGKALIS MELALUI INDUSTRIAL INCUBATOR BASED LEARNING
Abstract
This research paper aims to evaluate ways of creating young entrepreneurs in Bengkalis. This research analyzes the role of business incubators and the local culinary in Bengkalis to develop a model for creating young entrepreneurs. The analysis method uses a mix method that combines descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive qualitative analysis was used to explain the perceptions of respondents through questionnaires. Quantitative analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to generate the influence between variables of Industrial Incubator Based Learning, Local Culinary and Young Entrepreneur Creation. The research results will be used to identify prospective business activities that can be found in Bengkalis, with the development of a new model for creating young entrepreneurs, with basic learning.
