Abstract

The implementation and analysis of convenient speed control at 3000 watts for a BLDC motor controller is a system designed to drive the BLDC motor found in electric vehicle components. Generally, the working system of this device aims to control the BLDC motor for forward/reverse operation and throttle control. The brushless controller functions as the device for managing the BLDC motor in this electric vehicle application. This research utilizes convenient speed control for electric vehicle management, with the goal of obtaining experimental data. The testing process was conducted in the area of the computer engineering building, as it requires a spacious location to operate the electric vehicle over the course of three days. The results of the testing included: testing the device with a load of one driver weighing 103 kg, testing the device with one driver and one passenger weighing 168 kg, testing the device with one driver and two passengers weighing 238 kg, and testing the device with one driver and three passengers weighing 308 kg.
