ANALISIS ULANG STRUKTUR ATAS GEDUNG SERBAGUNA POLITEKNIK NEGERI BENGKALIS (TINJAUAN KOLOM)
Abstract
The multi-purpose building helps accommodate a variety of activities. Each activity is closely related, complementary and fulfills existing criteria in a particular context (related to the main function of the building). Along with the development of technology and the latest design standards, it is important to re-analyze the multipurpose building to ensure compliance with the applicable structural requirements. This final project is about superstructure analysis (column review) using SNI 2847:2019 (Structural concrete requirements for buildings), SNI 1726:2019 (Procedures for implementing earthquake resistance for building and non-building structures) and SNI 1727:2020 (Minimum design loads and related criteria for buildings and other structures). Modeling of Bengkalis State Polytechnic Multipurpose Building was analyzed using SAP 2000 and ETABS v.16 Software. Analysis of the reinforcement in the column was analyzed using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). Based on the calculation results, the column (30 x 30) cm doesn’t meet the requirements for SCWB (Strong Column-Weak Beam) checking and it is advisable to add column dimensions so that the SCWB (Strong Column-Weak Beam) requirements can be met.
