Perencanaan dan Pembuatan Muffinku (Aspek Produksi)
Abstract
This final project is entitled Planning and Production of Muffinku. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project is to determine the raw materials and production processes for Muffinku, determine the cost of production and calculate the number of products for each production. This final project is carried out in several stages, namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage. The results of project completion show that the Muffinkuproduction process starts from mixing the ingredients between eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier then mixed with flour, baking powder, and other ingredients. After becoming a batter, put the batter into the cup then add a little liquid in the middle of the chocolate batter. Then do the steaming process for a few minutes. Finally, grated cheese on the top of the muffin and the muffin is ready to be packaged by members of the marketing aspect. Production is carried out for 60 times of production with one production producing 80 pieces or more. Production for this project lasts for 3 (three) months from 01 August 2022 to 30 October 2022. The total production cost for Muffinku is Rp. 889.1/pcs and produces 4921 muffins.
