PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERMOHONAN CUTI PEGAWAI BERBASIS WEB PADA BADAN PENDAPATAN DAERAH SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra province or abbreviated as Bapenda is one of the government institutions that has the obligation to provide leave rights for its employees. Bapenda employees who wish to apply for leave must submit the application in writing using the leave application form. This manual submission system has several weaknesses, such as being less efficient and time-consuming, especially if the leader is not there.

Based on these conditions, it is necessary to design an information system that can make it easier for employees to apply for leave and the design of this system can be developed for the purposes of applying for leave for Bapenda employees. The research method for designing a web-based leave application information system is descriptive research method. The use of this method is because what will be done is the disclosure of phenomena and facts carried out by researchers. The data collection method used in the development of this system is Literature Study and Field Study (observations and interviews) and uses Mysql, Conceptual Data Model (CDM) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).
