Alat Bantu Belajar Huruf SIBI Anak Tuna Rungu Atau Wicara Menggunakan Leap Motion

Abstract

Deaf children generally learn sign language at deaf schools or other names are Extraordinary Schools (SLB). The Indonesian Sign System (SIBI) is a national standard in Indonesia as a sign language that has been agreed upon and is used as a learning medium for people who are deaf or speech impaired. From the problems above, it is proposed that the SIBI Letter Learning Aid for Deaf or Speech Children Using Leap Motion is proposed. Leap Motion is used to detect the coordinates of the user's hand. The results of the trial were carried out using their own hands and 2 deaf users. the results from the author's hands are 67.30% accuracy and 32.70% error, the results from the first user are 51.20% accuracy and 48.80% error and the results from the second user are 65.40% accuracy and 34.60% error.
