Abstract

Pengalir River bridge with a length of 40 m and a width of 6.5 m is a bridge built
using the RSNI-T-02-2005 loading with reinforced concrete construction whose existing
conditions are still suitable for vehicles to pass.
The design of this bridge refers to SNI 1725:2016 regarding loading for bridges,
designed using PCI-Girder by the planned bridge span. With the hope that it will get effective
dimensions, and obtain loading results.
The results of the calculation of the PCI Girder profile design with a height of 170 cm,
the number of girders 8 pieces, and the quality of prestressed concrete f'c 500 Mpa. The
number of tendons is 4 by 49 strands. From the calculation results, the initial stress force is
5885.88 kN, the jacking force is 6924,559 kN and the final prestressing force is estimated at
25.23%, the loss of prestressing force is 4847,192 kN. The deflection of the beam that occurs.
The nominal moment of the prestressed beam is 16108.481 kNm, the ultimate moment
capacity of the prestressed beam is 14497.633 kNm.
