Analisis Faktor Hamil Diluar Nikah Di Kecamatan Pujud Kabupaten Rohil

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need various kinds of needs, including those that are biological in nature. Marriage is a means to fulfill these biological needs. Marriage is a contract that unites two souls of different sexes who love each other and aim to build a household mahligai that is sakinah, mawaddah, and warahmah.  Based on Pasal 1 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Marriage is a physical and mental bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family (household) based on the Supreme Lordship. ". This research is a research using a quantitative approach with qualitative descriptive research methods, the sampling in this study is to use snowball sampling technique (snowball) is a sampling method in which the sample is obtained through a rolling process from one respondent to another respondent, so the researcher gets the respondent. as many as 30 informants from the Pujud district, The results of this study indicate that the various factors that cause pregnancy outside of marriage are more influenced by parenting styles of parents who tend to be free and the globalization of communication technology which is very easy to get and reach by the community. Wherever and whenever they can access what they want without being constrained by distance and time. The recommendation that the author can give to readers is for policy makers to be able to provide clear rules for the disclosure of information and technology in other words to limit the information that can be disclosed and what cannot be opened. To parents, so that they can invest more attention to their children so they do not fall into promiscuity which can harm themselves later
