Purebred Chicken Eeggcell Waste As A Material Manufacture Of Calcium Hydroxide Nanoparticles

This research informs environmentally friendly, inexpensive, and easy-to-implement techniques in the manufacture of Calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂) nanoparticles. For this purpose, purebred chicken eggshell waste is crushed using porcelain mortar and then calcined in two stages, namely at a temperature of 600 °C and 900 °C with a temperature of 5 ° C / minute. Characterization of calcined results using XRD instrumentation, and identified the cfactal phase Ca(OH)₂ nanoparticles at angles of 2θ (°) 17.82, 28.54, 33.92. The acquisition of Ca(OH)₂ crystalline phase products using top-down techniques is 76.70% with a size of 11.23 nm. In addition to the main product, a crystal phase of CaO of 23.30% was also obtained which was identified at peaks of 2θ (°);32.04, 37.22, 53.78, and through calculations using the Debeye Scherrer equation obtained a particle size of 31.07 nm.

This is because the documents stored as school archives are still done manually by recording the names and documents submitted in the ledger, then stored in the storage box. From this problem, a Website-Based E-Document Application for Teachers and Students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Huda Bengkalis is proposed. This E-Document application is made using the PHP programming language and the Laravel 9 framework with MySql as a database. Furthermore, testing is carried out directly by the school or compatibility testing. From the test results, it can be concluded that on the operator side the data features of teachers, alumni, students, classes, infrastructure and print reports are successfully run properly, this application eases the burden on operators in archiving. While on the teacher and student side, the teacher and student data features were successfully run and as expected, this application makes it easier for teachers and students to input data and store documents, because they can be directly downloaded without going through the operator. In addition, on the principal side, the data features of teachers, alumni, students, classes and infrastructure are successfully displayed and can be monitored directly.

An IoT-based application for soil moisture monitoring and automatic watering of pepper plants uses an MCUESP8266 node, a soil moisture sensor, a DHT11 temperature sensor, and a relay to ensure that the soil humidity reaches 60°C. IoT) program. Create automatic watering if less than . 32.5°C or less. Drip irrigation using a PE hose enables uniform watering. Soil moisture, temperature and watering process can be monitored through a website application built with HTML, CSS, PHP, Firebase Realtime and MySQL databases. Abstract

This study aims to make it easier for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) to manage financial reports. The case study was conducted at the Libra Store in the Bengkalis Regency, Riau. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, and the data collection process was carried out by conducting interviews and observations. The problem with the Libra business is that there is no record of transactions from other operational activities, so it can be stated that the existing records are still kept simple, such as recording income and expenses. To overcome this problem, an MSME Financial Recording Application based on SAK EMKM (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah) Web & Android was built, which was designed using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language for Android and the PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework and MySql as a database management system for Web. Application testing is carried out using Black Box testing, where testing on the admin and member sides is carried out directly by shop owners and members who are at the Libra Store by testing all the features available in the application to ensure that the application is running successfully and as expected or not. However, it should be noted again that the UI/UX still needs to be optimized so that users can understand it more easily.

Small and Medium Enterprises, commonly known as SMEs, are involved in the
production of various types of goods used in everyday human life. In Bengkalis itself, the role
of the local government in collecting information about the location and profiles of SME units
present and developing in Bengkalis Regency is still very low. This is indicated by the lack of
digital information related to the growth and development of SME units in Bengkalis
Regency. As a result, information about the existence of SME units in specific areas is
difficult for the general public to obtain. To address this issue, a Geographic Information
System (GIS) Website for Mapping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkalis
Regency was developed to facilitate the public in accessing information related to SMEs.The
creation of the Web GIS mapping for SMEs in Bengkalis Regency utilizes Leaflet as the base
map, PHP programming language, and Laravel as the framework. The website was tested
using the Black Box testing method, where testing of the Owner of SME and Public User
interfaces was directly carried out by business owners and the general public. This involved
testing each display or view to ensure that the data presentation on the view pages is
functioning properly. From the conducted testing, it can be concluded that the developed
features are successfully executed and functioning properly. This website facilitates the
collection and management of data on small and medium industries in Bengkalis Regency,
serving as a platform for SME actors to promote their businesses. On the public's side, it
makes it easier to find information related to SMEs in Bengkalis Regency

Information on Polbeng job openings is shared via social media, such as Instagram, which is posted by the Unit Penunjang Akademik Penunjang Karir dan Kewirausahaan (UPAPKK). To overcome these problems, a website-based Bengkalis State Polytechnic student career application was developed. This application is made using the PHP programming language using the framework Laravel and MYSQL, which is used for database system management. Application testing is carried out using black box testing, where each feature is tested based on a different user side, such as the admin side, which can input job vacancies, add alumni, and add companies; from the company side, it can input job vacancies according to what is desired; view alumni data; and from the alumni side, you can view alumni data, company data, and job vacancy information. Pencarian rumah kos yang ada di pulau Bengkalis masih melakukan metode sederhana seperti datang ke lokasi untuk melihat kos - kosan. Metode tersebut menyulitkan pencari dalam membandingkan harga sewa dan fasilitas yang dibutuhkan. Permasalahan dalam mencari kos tersebut mendorong peneliti untuk Merancang dan Membangun Aplikasi Pencarian Kos Berbasis Web dan Android sebagai solusinya. Pada permasalahan tersebut, peneliti merancang suatu sistem aplikasi yang membantu siswa dalam mencari kamar kos dan membantu pemilik kos dalam memperbaharui harga kos dan input detail kamar kos. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi ini pada basis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript, React JS disisi frontend dan Express JS disisi backend, database MySQL. Pada dasar android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman dart dengan framework flutter dan dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara (interview), observasi (observasi), studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. To address these challenges, an Employee Attendance Application is developed using GPS (Global Positioning System) technology and Facial Recognition at the Office of the Department of Education and Culture of Rokan Hilir Regency. This application is equipped with GPS technology and a Camera and is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. GPS is a satellite navigation and positioning system, while the Camera refers to a webcam. Today's home security systems generally still rely on conventional locks as a security method. This is a problem because convention locks are vulnerable to break-ins and do not provide real-time warnings to homeowners. To overcome this problem, this research proposes a home security system using ESP32 and ESP826 microcontrollers as data processors. This system is equipped with a PIR sensor to detect movement around the door, a Magnetic Reed Switch sensor to monitor the condition of the door being opened, and a Buzzer to issue an alarm as a notification. In addition, the system will send notifications to homeowners via the Telegram application about events detected by sensors. Users can also use a 4x4 keypad and a website as a remote access control to open and close doors. The test results show that the door security system is functioning properly, starting from sensor detection, inputting passwords via the keypad, to sending notifications via Telegram. This tool has been tested and produces ideal data, so that it can be used as a monitoring medium to improve the security of the door of the house. With this Internet of Things system, it can provide more effective and modern solutions to improve home security.

Floods are a frequently occurring issue in Indonesia. Additionally, floods can disrupt
the activities of the surrounding communities. To address this problem, a flood early
detection system is proposed using ultrasonic sensors for water level detection. The
NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller is used for data processing, and the system is equipped
with a buzzer for warning alarms. Users can remotely monitor water levels by accessing a
website that displays water levels and the highest recorded water level data on a graph.
Testing results demonstrate that the system performs well. The prototype was tested with a
height limitation of 40 cm. Beyond this threshold, three water level statuses are identified: the
"SAFE" status exists when the water level distance from the sensor is ≥ 20 cm and ≤ 40 cm,
the "ALERT" status occurs when the distance is ≥ 11 cm and ≤ 20 cm, and the "DANGER"
status is triggered when the distance is ≤ 10 cm. In the "ALERT" status, the alarm buzzer
produces a sound with a 5-second delay, while in the "DANGER" status, the alarm buzzer
produces a continuous sound without delay.

In Indonesia, the intensity of temperature and humidity often fluctuates due to its tropical climate. The temperature in Indonesia tends to be high or hot and can vary drastically. In the Kepulauan Meranti Regency, the storage methods and knowledge about temperature and humidity for coffee storage are still limited, resulting in uncertainty about the suitable temperature and humidity levels to maintain the quality and flavor of the coffee. To address this issue, a Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System for Liberica coffee (coffea liberica) storage using the DHT22 temperature sensor is needed. This monitoring system leverages Internet of Things (IoT) technology, utilizing the Node MCU ESP8266 module and the DHT22 sensor. The Node MCU ESP8266 acts as the main controller, responsible for reading temperature and humidity data from the DHT22 sensor, and the monitoring can be accessed via a website. The main goal of this system is to provide knowledge and monitoring capabilities of the temperature and humidity in the Liberica coffee storage room.

In the industrial world, DC motors play an important role in running a process in an industry, one example is a DC motor on a conventional lathe or a modern lathe that has implemented CNC in its system. The disadvantage of conventional DC motors is that the brushes run out quickly if the DC motor is used continuously. To fix the problem, there is another substitute, namely brushless DC motors that have high speed and better efficiency when compared to conventional DC motors. The purpose of this research is to realize a control system to control and monitor the speed of a brushless DC motor based on Labview software and for this DC motor speed control system using open loop control whose readings are not used as feedback. Based on the results of experiments that have been carried out by setting the set point 12500-25500 RPM, the highest average error is 11% at set points 24500 RPM and 25500 RPM, for the lowest average error of 2.020 % at set point 13000 RPM.

There are two reservoirs that hold sorted bottles. The bottles to be sorted are bottles with green and red color labels. The reading of the light intensity value read by the sensor can be seen on the Arduino IDE serial monitor. Servo motors are also used in the sorting section because when the TCS34725 color sensor detects green with light intensity reaching >3 (G - R) and >10 (G - B) when detecting bottle labels, the servo lever will move 115º to sort the bottles.

In the industrial world, there are many kinds of control system processes, one of which is the temperature control system. Water temperature control system is one of the most important applications. Therefore, an Arduino Uno-based water heater temperature control system is made with the PID method. The use of a heater found in the dispenser as a tool to heat water, then the water is heated as needed using an AC light dimmer that controls the heater, and the DS18B20 temperature sensor reads the temperature. The temperature is kept stable according to the setpoint controlled from 60-100 ° C by the PID control system. The test results of the fastest water heating time with parameter values Kp 6.5, Ki 0.08, Kp 0.1 are located at a temperature setpoint of 100 ° C, which is 6 minutes. In the 90 ° C temperature setpoint test results, it takes 7 minutes to heat water with a temperature stability value of 93.75, so a steady state error value of 3.75 is obtained.

The tourist attraction cards provide opportunities for tourism objects to be visited by visitors and can be used as souvenirs. The Instagram account offers easy access to information about these tourism objects, making them accessible anytime and anywhere. The method of the study was descriptive research. The result of this study contains twenty-eight tourism objects and explanations with several processes for making Instagram account and tourist attraction cards. These products were hoped to be able to help Bengkalis Regency attract domestic and foreign tourists.

This study aims to find out how much the increase in bending load capacity occurs in beams added with shear providers by using bolts as flexural reinforcement and also to determine the increase in bending load capacity of beams from experimental results compared to theoretical results and to find out the cracks that occur based on the type of failure. on the beam. The flexural test is carried out by applying a one-point load at the center of the span of the beam with a spacing of 1.1 mm between the supports. The beam test specimens were made with a size of 0.15 x 0.25 x 1.3 mm and mild steel plate models were made with a size of 2 x 50 x 0.7 mm in the tensile section of the beam and the number of shear providers in the form of bolts was used as many as 16 pieces. From the experimental results, the maximum load value for the flexural strength of the control beam is PBKL 24.73 kN with a deflection of 12.82 mm and for beams with the addition of shear providers in the form of bolts, the PBB is 42.93 kN with a deflection of 5.2 mm. This shows that the addition of bolts as shear providers can increase the bending capacity of 73.59. When compared with the theoretical increase, this increased by 92.17%.

The parameters to be obtained in this study are the slump value, fill weight and concrete quality. In the Multipurpose Building of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic, visual observations in the field obtained several problems in the upper structure of the building, especially in beams and plates. So it is necessary to re-analyze the upper structure of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Multipurpose Building (Beam and Plate Review) using SNI 1726: 2019, SNI 2847: 2019, and SNI 1727: 2020. The model is analyzed using ETABS v.16 software and for reinforcement planning on beams and plates is analyzed using a Special Moment Bearing Frame System (SRPMK). Based on the analysis, it is found that beam types 1,2,3 and 4 meet the requirements, starting from the dimensions to the reinforcement details. While beams 5,6, and 7 do not meet the requirements so that the dimensions and reinforcement details are recalculated. Then for the 120 mm thick floor plate using D13-100 reinforcement for the pedestal and D13-150 for the field.

In concrete influenced by tidal seawater (drainage and revetment), the use of dry mix as an alternative implementation needs to be considered. Besides the obtained ease of implementation, the quality of dry mix concrete should be examined due to the uncontrolled water-cement factor. Therefore, this study conducted tests to determine the effects of using fly ash as a substitute for cement and bottom ash as a substitute for sand in 20 MPa concrete with the dry mix method on the compressive strength of concrete cured in freshwater and seawater.

The method used in this testing involved preparing concrete mixtures according to SNI 03-2843-2000 for 20 MPa concrete quality, with fly ash as a substitute for cement and bottom ash as a substitute for sand using the dry mix method.

The research results showed that the use of 30% bottom ash had a negative effect on the compressive strength of concrete cured in freshwater, while in seawater, the use of 30% bottom ash had a positive effect on the compressive strength of concrete. Furthermore, concrete with 12.5% fly ash and 30% bottom ash had a negative impact on the compressive strength of concrete.

Along with the development of technology and the latest design standards, it is important to re-analyze the multipurpose building to ensure compliance with the applicable structural requirements. This final project is about superstructure analysis (column review) using SNI 2847:2019 (Structural concrete requirements for buildings), SNI 1726:2019 (Procedures for implementing earthquake resistance for building and non-building structures) and SNI 1727:2020 (Minimum design loads and related criteria for buildings and other structures). Modeling of Bengkalis State Polytechnic Multipurpose Building was analyzed using SAP 2000 and ETABS v.16 Software. Analysis of the reinforcement in the column was analyzed using a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). Based on the calculation results, the column (30 x 30) cm doesn’t meet the requirements for SCWB (Strong Column-Weak Beam) checking and it is advisable to add column dimensions so that the SCWB (Strong Column-Weak Beam) requirements can be met.

The Koto Buruak Bridge was built in 2014 using composite bridge construction. In this study, a redesign was carried out by designing the upper structure of the Koto Burak bridge using prestressed concrete construction and bridge loading referring to SNI 1725-2016. Prestressed concrete construction has strength against weight and tensile strength at the same time. The redesign of the bridge was carried out because heavy vehicles would pass through the bridge.

This precast concrete was purchased from PT. WIKA Riau. Nexplast HE is an additive in accordance with A.S.T.M.C 494 type F and based on Naphthalene Sulfonate. Nexplast HE functions as water reducer and H-SP (high
superplasticizer) to accelerate the hardening of concrete with high strength range. Nextplast HE is recommended as a concrete mix where laying conditions require high quality concrete. The results of this test show that the utilization of Nexplast HE as an additive to the concrete mix has a good compressive strength value. After testing, it can be seen that this system can be used and provides better value with a total compressive strength value of 22.8 MPa.
The method used in this test is to make a concrete mixture using SNI 03-2834-2000 withNexplast HE as an additive to the concrete mixture at 1.0% and 1.1%. Concrete treated for 3 days, 14 days, and 28 days was then tested to obtain the compressive strength, split tensile strength and content weight of the concrete. From the test results it was found that the concrete tested for compressive strength and split tensile strength by adding Nexplast He at a dose of 1.0% increased while the concrete added to Nexplast He using a dose of 1.1% decreased. This decrease occurs because no water reduction is made so that the concrete mixture becomes liquid or dilute, resulting in a decrease in the compressive strength value and a decrease in the tensile strength value of the concrete.

High Speed Craft (HSC) is a high speed ship for civil use, also called fast craft or fast ferry. Ship resistance is one of the main factors affecting the process of designing a ship. Basically, ship resistance can be reduced by using a bulbous bow attached to the ship's bow construction. Various bulbous bow designs have been developed according to the shape of the fore section of the ship, namely delta, ellipse and nabla types. From the analysis that has been carried out, it is found that the resistance value of the ship using the bulbous bow is smaller than the planing ship model. The smallest total resistance value was obtained in the model using the Nabla type bulbous bow, which was 135.3 kN. As for the resistance values of the other models, the delta type is 136.0 kN, the elliptical type is 136.3 kN and the planing model is 149.3 kN.

modified using Autocad to get the Lines Plan design, and General Arrangement. For the
stability of this tourist ship the author uses the IMO A(749) Ch-3standard, as well as safety
equipment on the ship referring to SOLAS, namely threre are 32 passenger lifecraft placed on
the underseat, 4 lifebouys and 2 liferafts are in the outdoor ships, as well as for passenger
gathering points in the event of an emergency outside the ship.

In the stability review, the results of the stability analysis using the maxsurf stability software from 4 load case conditions that meet the IMO standard criteria.

penting bagi terbentuk kualitas kinerja baik bagi perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia
sangat berperan penting khususnya pihak agen terhadap kemampuan kerja dalam
melayani pelayanan jasa keagenan kapal, sedangkan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh
faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kualitas pelayanan keagenan oleh pihak

The type of research used in this research is observation using quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaires. The survey method was carried out by researchers through a questionnaire instrument. The number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the factors causing brand switching of cooking oil products are advertising, price, promotion, product quality, word of mouth communication, personality, brand image, need for variety, and consumer dissatisfaction. The factor that is most dominant and contributes the least to brand switching is an average brand image of 4.29 and an average need for variation of 3.78. Based on these results, the brand image factor is higher than the other factors.

Cornato Balls are a healthy snack made from potatoes, carrots, corn and celery. However, to be processed into contemporary snacks is still relatively small. A business idea emerged to process these vegetables into delicious and nutritious food. Before the product is ready for marketing, the product must go through trials to determine whether the product is fit for sale. The purpose of implementing this project is to find out the Cornato Balls production process, obtain raw materials, and production costs during the manufacture of Cornato Balls. The initial capital used in this project is personal capital. This project was carried out for 4 months starting from August 2 2022 to November 16 2022. The total production that has been carried out is 2025 boxes. The costs incurred for the production of 100 boxes for the original variant are IDR 200,480 and for the mozzarella variant IDR 217,055. This production cost does not include marketing costs.

The type of research used is comparative research, research that is essentially a comparison between independent research variables but for more than one sample or at different times. The population of this study was 100 students from the Department of Business Administration, State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. The location of this research was conducted at the Department of Business Administration of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic, which is located in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was distributing questionnaires. The matter discussed in this study is to find out the comparison of civil servant lecturers, temporary lecturers, and adjunct lecturers which are reviewed in four competencies, namely: pedagogic competence, professional competence, social competence, and personality competence. The research results obtained were civil servant lecturers fulfilling 7 statements of strongly agreeing and 14 agreeing statements from 21 lecturer performance indicators, temporary lecturers fulfilling 2 statements strongly agree and 19 statements agreeing from 21 lecturer performance indicators, and adjunct lecturers fulfilling 5 statements strongly agree and 16 statements agree from 21 lecturer performance indicators.

Hence, the physical evidence is by Jamu kunyit Asam Mbatur product offered to the customer. The obstacles faced is the difficulty of finding a shop to sell Jamu Kunyit Asam Mbatur. The solution is implement the marketing and promotion strategy to sell product optimally. The completion of Jamu Asam Kunyit Mbatur project is sold at RP 10,000/bottle with the profit of RP 1,215,500.

After that, the raw materials are mixed with a water ratio of 2:1 (tubers and leaves). After mixing brown sugar and tamarind and then packed into bottles. In this study, interview techniques were used to collect data. Researchers are interested in studying how the business feasibility study on the vannamei shrimp farming business of the Cooperative Produksi Generasi Mandiri is seen from two indicators, namely non-financial aspects and financial aspects. According to research results and conclusions, non-financial aspects have several indicators, namely: technical aspects, environmental aspects, marketing aspects, management aspects, economic and social aspects, human resource aspects, and legal aspects. From the non-financial aspect, it is stated that it is very feasible to run because it has met the assessment criteria for several non-financial aspect indicators. From a financial point of view, it is analyzed using the profit/loss (L/R) method at IDR 2,095,090,000, the benefit cost ratio (B/C ratio) of 1.47, and the break-even point (BEP) at a BEP price of IDR 549,000,000. With a total of 8,280 units and a payback period (PP) of 1.2 years, the Vannamei shrimp farming business of the Mandiri Production Cooperative is declared very feasible to run.

This study uses a quantitative method using a non-probability sampling method with Snowball sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, Moderated Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between purchase intention on purchasing decisions with an R Square value of 0.779 or 77.9% which states that the Purchase Intention variable affects purchasing decisions and has a t table value of 8,273 with a sig value of 0.000. (2) There is no positive or significant effect between testimonial promotion and purchase intention on purchase decisions with the parameter coefficient value of - 0.039 with a significance level of 0.007 > 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, service quality and location on customer satisfaction at Pak Belalang Cafe. The independent variables are food quality, service quality and location and the dependent variable is customer satisfaction, all valid statements are valid and normal. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers/consumers who have visited Pak Belalang Cafe. Data processing using the SPSS application program version 25. Based on the tests carried out, the results of this study showed a T-value of 1.984 for food quality, service quality variable with a T-value of 6.784 for location variable with a T-value of 4.189 indicating that food quality, service quality and location effect on customer satisfaction and the F test with a value of 164.497 which shows simultaneously food quality, service quality and location affect customer satisfaction, it can be seen from the R Square table of 83.7%. Variables of food quality, service quality and location can affect customer satisfaction variables. The relationship between food quality, service quality and location has 16.3% other variables that affect customer satisfaction in this study.

Abstrak : Di era globalisasi saat ini, industri jasa yang terdiri dari berbagai industri seperti telekomunikasi, transportasi, perbankan, dan khususnya perhotelan berkembang pesat. Hospitality merupakan upaya melayani konsumen dengan menggabungkan produk dan jasa. Dengan desain bangunan, interior dan eksterior kamar hotel, suasana yang tercipta di kamar hotel dan restoran, serta makanan dan minuman yang dijual beserta segala fasilitas yang ada dan produk yang ditawarkan. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Rumah Makan Berlian Hotel Bengkalis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden, pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26 dengan pengujian analisis regresi linier berganda yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji T, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Restoran Berlian Hotel Bengkalis, 2) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Restoran Hotel Berlian Bengkalis, 3) koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,829. Artinya kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan pada Restoran Berlian Hotel Bengkalis sebesar 82,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The research strategy used was data collection through primary and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with the aim of obtaining information that is more appropriate to the research problem. The results of this study indicate that the existence of a cross-border port has more or less changed the economic situation of business actors and the community, especially the area of Bantan District, Bengkalis. and banners, knowing the planning and realization of the promotion budget,
knowing the obstacles that occur, looking for solutions to the obstacles

The results of the project show that the technical aspects of promotion work in

Seminar ini akan membahas bagaimana para pelaku UMKM, khususnya perempuan yang sudah memiliki usaha atau yang akan memulai usaha, dapat mempertahankan bisnis yang digelutinya dengan persaingan yang begitu ketat dan bagaimana UMKM dapat bertahan di tengah masifnya ekonomi digital yang saat ini berkembang pesat. Tujuan umum proyek yang ingin dicapai dalam tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Peningkatan Kapasitas dan Kualitas Kepemimpinan Perempuan Pengusaha Sektor UMKM di Era Bisnis Digital bagi para pelaku usaha, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat. dari Bengkalis. Hasil dari proyek penelitian tersebut adalah seminar akan dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, 05 November 2022 di Aula Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bengkalis mulai pukul 08:00-11:35 WIB. Seminar dapat berjalan dengan lancar berkat kerjasama tim yang terdiri dari 13 orang panitia. Dalam acara ini terdapat 1 (satu) pembicara dan 98 peserta yang hadir. Aspek teknis pekerjaan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan proyek, tahap pelaksanaan proyek, penyelesaian proyek dan pelaporan proyek.

The The Influence of Price Discount on Impulse Buying Decision with Utilitarian Value as Moderating Variable at MR. D.I.Y Bengkalis Store

This study aims to determine the effect of price discounts with utilitarian value as a moderated variable on impulsive buying decisions on MR. D.I.Y Bengkalis store. The sample objects in this study are consumers who have made purchases at MR stores. D.I.Y Bengkalis. This study uses a quantitative method using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. To analyze the data used simple linear regression analysis, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), F test, T test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that price discount has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying decisions. However, after being moderated by the utilitarian value variable on the effect of the price discount on impulse buying decision, the price discount variables had a positive and not significant on the impulse buying decision. The result test shows that utilitarian value variable is not moderated variable in this research.

This final project is entitled business planning and production of Crispy Bread. The purpose of this final project is to find out the marketing strategy, marketing mix, constraints and solutions encountered during the process of implementing this final project. This final project uses 3 methods consisting of project preparation plans, project implementation plans and project completion plans. The results of the implementation of this final project, marketing strategy with segmenting, targeting, and positioning methods. The marketing mix uses the 4p method: products in the form of Crispy Bread, prices using the cost plus pricing method, promotions using social media (whatsapp business, facebook and instagram). Distribution of products through intermediaries and direct sales with a delivery order system.The obstacle faced was the difficulty of finding shops that would accept Crispy Bread products because the product's durability was not that durable. The solution is to implement a marketing and promotional strategy on social media so that the product sells optimally. The implementation of this final project starts from August 8 to October 28 2022. The completion of the Crispy Bread project was sold at IDR 10,000 with a profit of IDR 1,775,000.

While the obstacles faced were the regulation of customs still changing and delays in receiving imported goods. The solution to solving the problem is to cooperate with several related parties.

The success of an entrepreneur is inseparable from his success in innovating in his business activities. Design thinking is one form of innovation. In the business world, design thinking can be used for product development, work process services, and also business models. This research aims to determine how Mandailing Natal entrepreneurs apply the design thinking method. This research method uses the concept of the design thinking process, which consists of five stages: first empathize, second define, then ideate, next prototype, and last test. Information collected in this thesis was obtained through primary data, namely interviews and observations, and secondary data, namely by using books, scientific journals, websites, etc. This research focuses on entrepreneurs in Mandailing Natal who own and operate businesses such as coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, and transportation service providers. The application of the design thinking process can describe the thinking process and innovation of Mandailing Natal entrepreneurs. The results of this research show the design thinking method can be used as a form of innovation capable of being a solution in developing products, services, and also the work processes of entrepreneurs. The innovations presented can be a solution to existing problems. The limitations of this research are limited to the objects studied. This research can be further developed by increasing the number of research objects and making comparisons between research objects.

This study aims to design a strategy for developing a Bakery business using the Business Model Canvas and SWOT Analysis approach at Nii Kutchen Bakery Bengkalis. The type of research used by the author is descriptive qualitative with the aim of designing new strategies that are used to maintain business and develop businesses that are increasingly competitive. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The object of this research is Nii Kutchen Bakery Bengkalis. The results of the study show that the results of the Business Model Canvas at Nii Kutchen Bakery Bengkalis indicate the need for a new strategy change because there are still many segments that cannot compete with competitors. So it can be concluded that it is necessary to design a new strategy through SWOT Analysis on each element of the Business Model Canvas to be implemented by Nii Kutchen Bakery Bengkalis in the future.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan 1 informan. Objek penelitian (1) adalah kualitas pelayanan di Pelabuhan Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai Kota Dumai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pelabuhan Sri Junjungan Dumai diukur melalui dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empati dalam proses pelayanan yang cukup berkualitas. namun masih terdapat dimensi yang belum sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diharapkan penumpang yaitu fasilitas yang mulai tidak berfungsi dari waktu ke waktu, jadwal keberangkatan yang tidak sesuai, dan kurangnya tempat duduk dalam antrean kendaraan, (2) aspek ekonomi pasca dibangunnya pelabuhan Bandar Sri Junjungan Dumai, berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan masyarakat, dengan adanya pelabuhan bandar sri junjungan dumai kegiatan perekonomian dapat berjalan lancar, namun untuk dampak negatif lokasi pelabuhan bandar sri junjungan dumai dibangun dekat dengan lokasi industri jadi polusi udara saat cuaca panas sedikit buruk karena banyak debu dari kendaraan yang lalu lalang.

The general objective of implementing the Kelulut Honey Bee Cultivation business seminar project is to find out how to plan and organize seminars. Specific objectives are carried out to find out the promotion mix, to find out the planning and realization of the promotion budget, and to determine the obstacles faced and their solutions. The method of implementing this final project consists of several stages, namely project preparation, project implementation, project completion, and project reporting. The results of the project preparation carried out are determining the promotion strategy to be carried out, planning the brochure design, and looking for sponsors and donors. Project implementation is carried out by distributing brochures, and promoting using social media to sponsors, donors, and participants. The project completion stage is carried out by giving appreciation to participants, the committee, and resource persons. Dissolving the committee and thanking those who helped. The project reporting stage carries out the implementation of the final project activities, reports on the use of promotion costs, and determines the constraints and solutions encountered in implementing the activity. The obstacles faced were delays in disbursing funds from sponsors and donors which resulted in activities being postponed and other obstacles, namely constraints during the implementation of activities, namely an error occurred in the sound system which resulted in the committee re-repairing the sound system.

The marketing strategy for this product is to use STP (segmenting, targeting and positioning). This final project is entitled Planning and Production of Muffinku. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project is to determine the raw materials and production processes for Muffinku, determine the cost of production and calculate the number of products for each production. This final project is carried out in several stages, namely, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion stage. The results of project completion show that the Muffinkuproduction process starts from mixing the ingredients between eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier then mixed with flour, baking powder, and other ingredients. After becoming a batter, put the batter into the cup then add a little liquid in the middle of the chocolate batter. Then do the steaming process for a few minutes. Finally, grated cheese on the top of the muffin and the muffin is ready to be packaged by members of the marketing aspect. Production is carried out for 60 times of production with one production producing 80 pieces or more. Production for this project lasts for 3 (three) months from 01 August 2022 to 30 October 2022. The total production cost for Muffinku is Rp. 889.1/pcs and produces 4921 muffins.
