Abstract

Light-weight concrete is go green  concrete, and is usually used in non-structural elements. Because the quality of the resulting concrete is low compressive strength can use the aggregate from concrete waste, because to obtain coarse aggregate in Bengkalis is quite difficult and must be imported from outside. In this study using  no fines concrete samples using coarse aggregate from concrete waste solved, the variation of concrete mixture 1: 5 the ratio between cement and coarse aggregate with volume ratio, while for the variation of water cement ratio (FAS) used 0,5; 0,6 and 0,7. Besides the variation of the no fines concrete mixture is there who use SikaCim® and some do not use. Concrete samples in the form of a cube with a size of 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm with a concrete age of 7, 14 and 28 days. The test carried out was a concrete compressive test. From the results of the study it was found that no fines concrete which uses concrete waste for its volume weight is included in the category of lightweight concrete. The use of SikaCim® in no fines concrete is not recommended, because its function as an additive does not work in no fines concrete mix. The highest quality concrete is no fines concrete with FAS 0.5 without additive substances with a compressive strength 10.1 MPa, while for no fines concrete with the addition of additive substances the highest compressive strength 6.9 MPa with FAS 0,5.
