Brake is one component of the motorcycle which serves to slow or stop the motorcycle comfortably. So the researchers wanted to know the value and hardnes motorcycle brake and make samples motorcycle brake using environmentally friendly composite material with some variation of the material composition. Materials used in this study is rice husk, coconut fiber powder, resin with a hardnes as dryers. Manufacture of brake lining is obtained by mixing all the ingredients and printed until a few days hardened. Testing was conducted on the wear test. Brake lining material in this study in the wear test with variasisi ingredients which are served on the flow chart of testing. The file obtainted from testing the rate of wear of the largest brake lining with the composition of coconut fiber powder 80%, resin 20% with a thirst rate of 2.57x10-6 gram/mm2 seconds, while the lowest speed is in the coposition of 60% coconut fiber powder, resin 40%, with a value of 6.94x10-7 gram/mm2 seconds.
