Fuel is the main requirement in the combustion process on the engine to produce power from the engine itself. So that fuel becomes a daily necessity by the community in general which results in scarcity of the fuel itself, /k;’nowing that petroleum reserves throughout the world are increasingly depleted while to renew petroleum requires a very long time. One material that can be used to reduce fuel consumption is the use of natural fuels made from plants such as bioethane. Therefore, in this study, the effect of variations in pertalite and bioethanol fuel mixtures was carried out using a tool, the Dyno test. This test is useful to prove which influence is best on engine performance from the results of the fuel mixture used. This test gets the result that in the process of fuel mixture used on motorcycle fuel Yamaha Jupiter Z 110cc with a mixture of pertalite with bioethanol 12% gets results with a power of 7.6 HP and a large torque of 9.61 Nm.
