Abstract

Hospitals as institutions that provide health services to the public are required to provide excellent service. The health service involves many processes, including the process of registering patients. In the registration process there is a queue process to ensure orderliness of service. But the queuing system that runs in Bengkalis Hospital is considered less efficient. thus the proposed queue application with a different approach is to use the priority queue method with multiple channels. Designing this queue application uses the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method. The design result is a picture of the queue application that can be accessed locally and the internet, resulting in a display and database design that suits your needs.
