The Making of Digital Comic of Yong Dollah

Abstract

Yong Dollah was a popular storyteller who used to tells personal experiences full of fantasy, jokes, and silliness. This research aims to create digital comics of Yong Dollah. This research uses a descriptive approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interview and library research. There are several processes involved in making this product, starting with data collection and content design. The design of this content was done using Ibis Paint X and Adobe Photoshop for editing and inserting the description. The result was a thirty pages Yong Dollah digital comic containing 3 (three) episodes: first episode talks about family and childhood, second episode talks about Yong Dollar’s career, and the last episode talks about the old days of Yong Dollah.
