Abstract

The road of Wonosari Barat Kecamantan Bengkalis currently consists of rigid pavement. Road conditions at the moment are arguably inadequate, this is due to the
condition of rigid pavement that has been damaged. It is not known the exact cause of the road damage, so that it is re-planned and investigated the subgrade in the field. This investigation aims to be able to find out whether the current subgrade has improved% CBR in the field. The calculation of the design of the rigid pavement thickness used in the case study of Wonosari Barat Street, Bengkalis Subdistrict, is the thickness planning of the Pavement Design Manual, Revised June 2017 along with the budget plan. After the results of the thickness calculation of rigid pavement is obtained from the Revised Pavement Design Manual method of June 2017, it will be known that the thickness of rigid pavement for Pavement Manual Revised June 2017 is 200 mm with concrete quality K-300 used for woven reinforcement welded wiremesh for longitudinal reinforcement using Diameter 16 mm, with a distance of 120 and for transverse reinforcement using a diameter of 16 mm with a distance of 250 mm By not using dowels and tie bars in accordance with the method of the design manual for the revision of June 2017 with a planned budget of 10.018.000.000
