Abstract

The Dumai State Treasury Service Office is an institution that provides consultation services to its partner agencies, including services such as processing purchase invoices and confirming government receipts. Currently, all services are conducted manually, where partner agencies (Satker) have to physically visit the Dumai State Treasury Service Office and proceed to the designated consultation desk. If there are other Satker currently in consultation, new visitors have to wait at the guest area until the previous consultation is completed. As a result, they are uncertain about the waiting time.

            This situation can lead to queue build-ups if multiple consultations occur simultaneously in one day. To address this issue, a "Queue Service Application for Partner Agencies based on Website" is proposed. This application will allow Satker to register and schedule consultations online, eliminating the need for physical visits. The application will also manage the queue of Satker at the Dumai State Treasury Service Office efficiently and facilitate the Customer Service Officers (CSOs) in creating records of all service registrations. The data collection methods used in developing this system include literature review and field studies (Observation and interviews).
