Abstract

The ability of a bridge is strongly influenced by the type and strength of the girder beam. In planning the bridge of the river predictor is planned to use prestress beam with a height of 1,6 meters, with a length of 30 meters, following the standard of the concrete wika for prestress beam I Girder.The plan aims to calculate the structure of the prestressed bridge and know the work steps of the method bridge launching (Cremona). The results of the calculations obtained, the initial prestressing force 8095,94 kN, force that occurs due to jacking 9524,10 kN, and the final prestress force is estimated to be tensile (loss of prestress) 30%, that is 6666,87 kN. In the transfer state, the beam is deflected by 0,04642 m, after loss of prestress of 0,03391 m, after being composite with a plate, the beam will experience the biggest deflection due to combination 4 for 0,04495 m. longitudinal reinforcement is used at the top 6 D 12, on the body 10 D 12, and at the bottom 10 D 12. The shear reinforcement used D 13, in distance in the area of support until the middle of the span 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm.
