Planning and Production of Cornato Balls

Abstract

Cornato Balls are a healthy snack made from potatoes, carrots, corn and celery. However, to be processed into contemporary snacks is still relatively small. A business idea emerged to process these vegetables into delicious and nutritious food. Before the product is ready for marketing, the product must go through trials to determine whether the product is fit for sale. The purpose of implementing this project is to find out the Cornato Balls production process, obtain raw materials, and production costs during the manufacture of Cornato Balls. The initial capital used in this project is personal capital. This project was carried out for 4 months starting from August 2 2022 to November 16 2022. The total production that has been carried out is 2025 boxes. The costs incurred for the production of 100 boxes for the original variant are IDR 200,480 and for the mozzarella variant IDR 217,055. This production cost does not include marketing costs.
