Abstract

Influence of Stereotype toward the Women’s Leadership Position in Bengkalis Government. Study Program Business Administration of Polytechnic State Bengkalis. The purpose of the research are to know Influence of Stereotype toward the Women’s Leadership Position in Bengkalis Government and how much the influences. This research  is Associative Methodology. These results indicate that Stereotype and the Women’s Leadership Position have a positive and significant influence of Stereotype to the Women’s Leadership Position as much as 3,90%.
