Pengaruh Program Asuransi Kesehatan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi Kasus pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Di Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Bengkalis)

Abstract

The purpose of the research are to know influence of health insurance programs toward the work performance of Civil Servants in Inspectorate Office Bengkalis Regency and how much its influences. This research is Associative research. While the population in this study are all of the Civil Servants in Inspectorate Office. Data collection techniques used were field studies and literature that include observation, interviews, and questioners. In determining the relationship and influence of an independent variable on the dependent variable, use a simple liner regression analysis model. These results indicate that health insurance programs and the work performance of Civil Servants have a positive and significant influence of health insurance programs to the work performance of Civil Servant amounted of 7,14%.
