FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CAMAT BENGKALIS

Abstract

This study aims to determine respondents' responses to improving employee performance at the Bengkalis subdistric’s office as well as the most dominant and low responses that affect employee performance at the Bengkalis subdistric’s office. This type of research is observational by distributing offline questionnaires to 87 respondents consisting of 48 men and 39 women. This study uses a non-probability sampling method, with a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the improvement of employee performance in the Bengkalis subdistric’s office, namely Quantity, Punctuality, Independence, Quality, Effectiveness, and Work Commitment. The factor of quantity is the most dominant factor that affects the increase in employee performance at the Bengkalis subdistric’s office with a mean score of 4.60 and the smallest factor that can affect the increase in employee performance at the Bengkalis subdistric’s office, namely Work Committee with a mean score of 4.16 .
