Abstract

Damage that occurs in the hydraulic excavator engine resulted in delayed work being done. Due to the damage, it takes a considerable amount of time and cost to work again. Broadly affecting the damage of hydraulic excavator machine are: Idling system, Temperature, Oil condition, Fuel injection, and Exhaust gas. The application of fuzzy inference (FIS) of tsukamoto systems provides an illustration of the difference in the final determination of the defuzzification process, so it is known that the fuzzy inference system is more suitable to be applied to classify the damage of the hydraulic excavator machine with the output of minor damage, damaged medium and heavily damaged. The results of the classification model design analysis will be implemented on a web-based system. The built system is tested using BlackBox, User Accepetence Test, testing of cases provided by experts and computing time. From 10 cases given by experts the number of cases matching the system using fuzzy inference tsukamoto system as much as 60%.
