Aplikasi Penentuan Mustahik Menggunakan Global Extreme Programming (Studi Kasus: Badan Amil Zakat dan Sedekah Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid Jakarta)

Abstract

One of the pillars in Islam is zakat. Zakat is a compulsory for Muslims who have enough prosperity or so called Nisab Zakat to be issued and distributed to those who are entitled to zakat recipient or mustahik zakat according to certain calculations in Islam. Zakat serves to purify the owner's property and can overcome one of the problems of Muslims today, namely poverty. At present time, the realization of zakat collection is still not maximal, only about 15 percent of the current zakat potential. This illustrates that the collection of zakat funds is still not optimal, other than that the management and distribution of zakat funds that have been collected did not meet the target, so the goal of zakat to help reduce poverty rates has not achieved. Based on the description above, a system is needed that has the ability to analyze, provide an assessment and then to help determining the mustahik (recipient of zakat). Due to the accuracy in determining mustahik is very influential on the distribution of zakat that is right on target, it requires an accurate data that can be obtained from experts who have credibility by doing visitation to several mosques in Jakarta and conducting interviews. While the method in program development was adopted from the extreme global programming method, the system to be built will be applied to the Mosque Prosperity Board (DKM) BAZIS which will use it to achieve the desired results in this study.
