Analisis Pengaruh Manfaat Digital Saving BRI Menggunakan Metode Webqual 4.0 (Studi Kasus : BRI Unit 5 Ulu)
Abstract
The development of this digital saving feature service stems from the Covid-19 virus which requires people to reduce activities outside the home and carry out activities at home and online. Thus, BRI provides online services in the form of a BRI digital saving website for prospective customers who want to open an account. This study aims to determine the effect of benefits on the BRI digital saving website at Unit 5 Ulu. This study uses the webqual 4.0 method and data collection is carried out by distributing offline questionnaires to customers who open accounts through the digital saving website directly at BRI Unit 5 Ulu. The results of the research from 3 indicators of webqual 4.0, Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality, based on questionnaire analysis data of 100 respondents, obtained an average result of 433 (Strongly Agree). So that the BRI digital saving website has positive benefits and gets satisfaction from BRI Unit 5 Ulu customers.
