Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Terhadap Implementasi Sistem Informasi Peminjaman Pada BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Palembang Menggunakan Metode EUCS

Abstract

The use of the loan information system at BPJS Kesehatan Palembang Branch Office needs to be reviewed to determine user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of end-user satisfaction of the vehicle loan information system using the End User Computing Satisfaction model which focuses on user satisfaction using five variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease Of Use and Timeliness. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 55 respondents, namely employees of BPJS Kesehatan Palembang Branch Office. However, of the 55 questionnaires distributed to respondents, only 46 respondents returned the questionnaire. The data is considered sufficiently representative of the other respondents so that the data is used for research material. The results of this study are the level of satisfaction of vehicle loan information system users on each variable, namely content 85% feeling very satisfied, accuarcy and format 86% feeling very satisfied, ease of use 88% feeling very satisfied and timeliness 86% very satisfied. This research can be used as input for BPJS Kesehatan Palembang Branch Office to maintain variable items that are in the very satisfied category and can improve the system to make it better. The level of user satisfaction affects the success of the loan information system implementation.
