Analisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Daerah Studi kasus pada Kabupaten Bengkalis tahun 2017-2019)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness, contribution of Regional
Original Income (PAD) to regional expenditures in Bengkalis Regency in 2017-2019. The
focused research has been measuring effective level in using budget at Bengkalis city
government at 2017 to 2019. This research is using quantitative method with descriptive
analysis. Basis on descriptive is analysis emphasizes data objective phenomena and is
analysis effective on result data research. The results of the study show that in 2017 the PAD
realization was 72.78%, regional spending was 81.17% and the contribution rate was only
9.40%. in 2018 PAD realization was 71.83%, regional expenditure was 89.67% and the
contribution rate increased to around 14.49%. in 2017 Realization of PAD decreased by
52.69%, regional spending 91.85% and the contribution rate of PAD decreased to 13.70%.
This study shows the effectiveness of PAD Realization has decreased, while Regional
Expenditure Realization has increased while the contribution only changed significantly from
2017 to 2018.
