Abstract

Theoretical Analysis of Mountain Bike Power Transmission Chain and Shaft Performance Efficiency. Will calculate the magnitude of the shaft's power transmission efficiency and compare it to the efficiency of the shaft's power transmission. This efficiency will determine whether efficiency is higher, therefore power transfer via shafts is likely to be the preferred method for worldwide use. This power transmission's efficiency is only considered in theory. As a comparison, the findings of this theoretical computation rather than the results of efficiency testing. The power transmission efficiency of the chain is higher than the shaft efficiency of the bevel gear. This is most likely owing to the lack of lubrication on the sliding effect. The theory utilized to determine efficiency is fairly straightforward, as this study demonstrates. Power transmission manufacturing technology is the most important aspect in being able to realize it optimally, thus polytechnics should be able to do so.
