Abstract

This research basically aims to determine the performance of students of the Applied International Business Administration study program in the implementation of job training and is expected to contribute to the Bengkalis State Polytechnic, especially the International Business Administration Study Program, to be able to evaluate student performance in doing job training. This research is quantitative descriptive. The research data was obtained through a number of questionnaires involving 21 job training places spread across the province of Riau with 50 students doing job training in 2019. Measurement The method to be used is a subjective method with an absolute standard assessment and a number of specific dimensions. . The performance appraisal of the ABI applied undergraduate study program students using the overall subjective method is considered good by the company. The company provides a high perception of the professional ethics of students, however, the ability of students to solve problems must be improved and empowered again.
