Jalan Batin Alam, which is located in the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus area, is a common road used as an alternative to a destination for both the Bengkalis State Polytechnic campus community and the general public.

The existence of a road in the campus area often causes inconvenience for campus students due to the general public crossing the road. To overcome this problem, an alternative road improvement design will be carried out for communities with rigid pavement type which refers to the Revised Road Pavement Design Manual Method in September 2017,

The results of this design use unreinforced continuous concrete (BBTT) with a concrete quality of K-300 kg / cm2, a 200 mm thick concrete plate using tie bars with a diameter of 12 mm, a length of 600 mm and a distance between tie bars of 750 mm and a diameter of welded wire mesh reinforcement 8 mm with a distance of 200 mm and a distance of 200 mm, with a planned budget of Rp. 7,779,940,000.00 (Spelled Seven Billion Seven Hundred Seventy Nine Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Rupiah)
