Abstract

Road Jenderal sudirrman and Pahlawan, North Rupat sub-district. It is a road that is used as a connecting access between villages and transportation which has an important role in the smooth mobilization of people, goods and services. Road Jenderal Sudirman and Hero have a total length of 9.1 km from the length of the road. At km 0 (zero) to 4.5 km it has been covered with rigid pavement, but at km 4.5 to 9.1 km it is still stockpiling base B. if the rainy season is inundated and the passing vehicles are stuck and during the dry season, the road will produce a lot of dust that disturbs road users. In order to obtain good road quality in present and future conditions, rigid pavement design is required. This planner uses the manual method of road pavement design 2017. This planner uses standard LHR data, field CBR results of 6.3%, design age 40 years. The results of this design use continuous concrete with reinforcement (BBDT), concrete slabs with 170 mm thickness using tie bar reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm and a welded wire mesh reinforcement with a diameter of 8 mm with a planned budget of IDR 10,985,360,000.00
